Genevieve is passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and resilience through functional movement. Her coaching is rooted in the belief that fitness should support a full, active life outside the gym—whatever that lifestyle demands.


She found CrossFit after having her first child, and it transformed her approach to fitness. With a background in competitive sports, she was no stranger to hard work, but motherhood reshaped her understanding of training: not just for performance, but to support everyday life. 


Today, Genevieve specializes in coaching pregnant and postpartum athletes, helping them train safely, build confidence, and carry strength into both sport and daily demands. Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time, getting back into fitness after a break, or looking for a challenge to push you to the next level, Genevieve will meet you where you are and help you build a foundation that lasts.
